SILICA GEL GRANULES
Silica Gel is a porous amorphous. White semi - transparent and glassy transparent hard granules, Silica Gel is synthetically manufactured by reacting water glass with acids. It is chemically inert, non-toxic non-deliquescenally, dimensionally stable, non corrosive and 100% environmentally safe. Silica Gel remains the highest capacity adsorbs and control of humidity under conditions where there is no induced air flow.

FUNCTIONING
The internal Structure of each small silica gel granules is composed of a vast network of inter connection microscopic pores, which attract and hold moisture by a phenomena known as physical absorption and capillary condensation (It sounds ridiculous but a single tea spoon silica gel has an internal absorptive area equivalent to football field, including the two end zones) Even when saturated with adsorbed moisture, silica gel looks and feels dry to the touch.
